dear all,

why sales when there is a promising professional careers out there? is it because of the commision and knowing the fact that we need higher pay for better luxury of life?

1. money does not buy love but ***
2. money does not buy health but medicine
3. money does not buy you home but house

mind share with me why sales..in perspective of life..

thanks

for me sales is the most promising career...It's more then just the money to me. I can't think of anything I would enjoy more then being a profesional at fulfilling needs for customers who may not even be aware that they had needs. It is a very fulfilling career and when pursued with a good heart and good intent can be very rewarding other then a paycheck...

as a matter of fact you are selling right now without profitable gain..you are trying to sell your point that a career in sales does not provide hapiness..you are making this presentation with your own free will (for entertainment purposes more then likely)...so why not have a career that utilizes this same form of entertainment...

just because a profession or career pays well does not mean that it doesn't make a person happy. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that I'm a salesmen because I enjoy being a salesman..the paycheck ,or better luxury as you like to call it, is just gravy.

some other reasons why I enjoy sales:

1.no college degree required
2.get to meet and talk with a multitude of diverse people daily
3.no hard manually labor required (these are the type of jobs you should be preaching to...it's pretty hard to be happy cleaning toilets for 8 hours a day)
4.it is an ever changing career that keeps me on my toes.
