Sales Team
Hi all.
Can anyone help me on how best to set up my sales team? Three territories, Three sales reps, Three merchandisers/Ass. Reps. Product=Condoms. Country=Swaziland.
Should the rep structure be based on territory or customer. Our customers include traditional FMCG outlets and some big companies who purchase under employee benefit scheme and provide the condoms for free to employees.
Any other advice? I've just been promoted to management and tasked with restructuring for efficiency.
