Default Closing techniques

Can anybody help me, I'm fed up with the same old closing techniques,
you know 'the puppy dog' 'the half nelson' 'the alternative close' etc etc
Anybody got anything different... something new?

Default closing techniques

have you tried just building value - ie. through questions, define needs and exploit those needs in to major needs. Once you can define what needs they have, what would be the value to them if they could meet that need and what benefits would that bring. remember only to benefits time and money. and we all know time is money.

Sound advice, thanks Davy, I am quite good at establishing need, but like a lot of salespeople I think I'm guilty of not listening , and sometimes I miss the bleeding obvious.
I get so wound up about closing I can't see the wood for the trees.
Cheers
CW
