Let’s not forget the employers in this. Let’s not all blame it on sales people!

Companies have a lot to answer for if they have high staff turnaround. Maybe they are not screening candidates enough, and people get in that shouldn't! Perhaps they have employed directly rather than using a proper recruitment agency to ensure candidates are screened and thought "what the hell it isn’t going to cost us to give them a try"

Also people leave companies for a multitude of reasons, if they see staff around them leaving and being replaced all the time - they will want to leave. If the management is bad, targets are too high etc, again people may leave.

There is still plenty more room in the market for quality candidates though. It seems to be a dying art!
