Hi guys,
I am also new in this forum. I hope I can get some of the answers I'm looking for.
I work selling fresh cut flowers. It sounds like a rosy business but it is not. This is what we do. We import all the products from the growers and sell it to customers all over the US and Canada. Ok, to the point. It is the nature of our industry to call the customers several times a week. The reason why I call so many times is that we seek to fulfill or replenish the wholesalers (before my competitor does). Competition is hard and it's a fast paced environment.
I would like to know if this kind of sales sound familiar to any member of this forum and if so, is there any literature, course or way to increase my skills on the phone. Imagine you calling your customers 3, 4, 5 or even more times a week... you have to sound nice and quick without being cold and boring.
I have presented this case in other forums and incredibly enough, nobody seems to work on a sales cycle so short.
Please HELP !!!
