Where would be the best place to find sales people for the import export business. Based in the USA, but can be anywhere so long as they can speak English.

I think if you try sales specific jobboards you may have more luck.
Ofcourse a lot will depend on the package you are offering, in the UK a good base salary is a must, particularly as good sales people are in short supply, so the best know they can command the high salaries that employers are prepared to pay.

I think the salary we are offering of $30k is very good (at least in the US market) with unlimited earning potential.

think may have to consider improving the offer

Can't comment on the US but in the UK it would probarbly need to be at least
£25K but ofcourse a lot depends on the product or service and the complexity of the sale.
Tell me more about what these people will be selling?

Oh, and is it face to face or over the phone?
