Thumbs up

In short, I am doing pretty well as a residential home security representative. The pay is not = to my talent, in addition I have extra time on my hands where I would like to occupy it with another position in sales that provides an extra source of icome while, not interfering with my current sales position. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kastertroy

In my opinion, you need to make the next career move now.

The longer you stay in a position just to get by the harder it will be to move to the next level. You need a role that pushes you. If a HR manager sees you've been plodding along when you evenetually apply for your next sales role they wont see you have a desire to earn.

An extra source of income on the side wont help this. I suggest putting all your efforts into finding another sales job that will push you.

You might try selling Avon products part time. I started selling Avon about 18 months ago and it's a good thing to do on the side. You don't make a lot of money but you get good discounts on a lot of the everyday items you need.

There are plenty of companies now that will employ people outside normal hours ie to make appts or customer services - flexible working is all the rage now so you should easiloy be able to hold up 2 jobs
