IT Industry

Do you think the IT industry has died lately? There are lots of people with moderate IT skills, including basic web design, but a lack of high end all round programmers/ IT managers?

Lots of people looking for basic HTML work, but is there enough work for them all?

I think to many people have basic skills and believe they are qualified to do a job they can't do.
Many people can program in HTML but can they do a web developers job?

true, most jobs in the industry require multi skill sets including at least one programming language
