What about on peoples CVs?

With more people getting better IT skills starting to see more creative CVs with photos etc on.

Not sure if its good or bad?

As mentioned here suppose its kinda based on what the person looks like / think they look like!!

I can't see why a photo is an advantage. Most people form an 'instant' (30 second) impression when they see/meet someone, a combination of what they see and hear. They might not like the look of you but they can warm to you if you are there. But with only a photo to look at and if they don't like the look of it, then your CV/Card/proposal has to work twice as hard. Might be different but it is a risk in my humble opinion.
