Hi Omar,

Not all agencies are bad, and it often depends on the consultant(s) you are dealing with that determines your opinion, what you must remember is that these guys and girls are very busy and also very often commision driven , the don't mean to be rude or dismissive but they are working to very demanding targets which means that they work with the best candidates for any given job.
Most know there clients very well and if they believe a candidate is not suitable then usually they are right........ but it doesn't mean that candidates that do not get through that screening process are bad candidates, it just means they weren't right for that particular job.
So persevere there is an agency that will work for you , and if you are a good salesperson you will leave no stone unturned.
