Always depends on what you're selling of course! We tend to be quite picky with who we take on so it's not always a major issue.
I would definitely agree with the email marketing though. It's something that's STILL wildly underrated.
Another good site is www.sellingpower.com. Not so much in the forums but the tips and hints it constantly gives about time saving, qualifying, reader tips, etc is fantastic even if it is American
