Actually my favourite is "can you send me an email" a classic "piss off" line
I think the balance is confidence mixed with assertiveness and being polite. It's always hard to guage what to do in those situations but we do the best we can.
I'd like to know what you all sell actually, what your website is etc. You're all salespeople but your not selling your service!!!
