Personally, the very thought of cold calling leaves me with the shivvvvvers (yes very big ones)!!

We've found cold calling is a skill. Or agents who stay and do well are made for it. They enjoy the challenge; however those who hate it... hate it.
If you dont like it out source it; if you like it, are good at it, and have time for it go for it!
But it works and should be a part of your over all plan!
